Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House joins the CCP monitoring family with an install at their flagship location in Chicago. Since opening, Hugo’s has pulled in over $14 million a year and with over 200,000 meals served, it ranked 69th in the 100 Top Grossing Independent Restaurants in America in 2016. Hugo Frog’s is part of the renowned Gibson Restaurant Group. This represents CCP’s first installation in the Windy City.
Chicago will be an area of strategic focus in 2018 as CCP expands its footprint in the US market. With more than 7,300 restaurants, close to 150 hotels, 7 major stadiums and nearly 50 million annual visitors, the Chicagoland area is the 22nd largest metropolitan area in the world.
CCP supports easy access to accurate data in an easy-to-understand digital format. This allows chefs to reduce waste, increase quality and ensure food safety. In addition, energy savings are realized by identifying faulty seals, damaged auto-closers and temperature trends during periods of highest and lowest use.
