CCP now monitors all the food venues in the Xcel Energy Center arena.
This arena houses the NHL Minnesota Wild hockey team, world renown performing artists and amazing dining venues with everything from a quick sandwich on the main floor to an intimate dining experience in the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club on the RBC Wealth Management Club Level. The Bud Light Top Shelf Lounge is also on the top level and features Scandinavian influenced VIP boxes.
Food venues in the arena are managed by the Morrissey Hospitality Companies culinary group, which is responsible for many of the Twin Cities’ most notable hospitality brands. Through their leadership, temperatures in the arena’s food venues are now monitored around the clock by the CCP sensor network.
CCP supports easy access to accurate data in an easy-to-understand digital format. This allows chefs to reduce waste, increase quality and ensure food safety. In addition, energy savings are realized by identifying faulty seals, damaged auto-closers and temperature trends during periods of highest and lowest use.
